Yoga brings meditation into motion.

I consider yoga to be a tool for navigating the unpredictable and often tumultuous nature of our lives. Although my expertise lies primarily in teaching adolescents and student athletes, my approach to yoga can benefit anyone, both on and off the mat.

Yoga is not an exercise, but a skill that is applicable in all areas of life. 

I teach with an emphasis on gentle movement, safe practice, and mindfulness of the breath. This allows even the most active mind to discover the peace that lies in stillness.

Yoga does not force our bodies into particular poses, but uses those poses to get into our bodies. 

It allows us to be at home within ourselves, living in balance between spaciousness and security.
